Dubai Municipality realized a spectacular way of demonstrating its ideas and plans about integrating modern technologies into the city infrastructure. At GITEX 2022 in Dubai, an interactive showcase of technological advancement and digital initiatives took place.
Development
A lot of talented artists and developers worked together to create this truly remarkable interactive experience. My role was handling most of the UI animations and highlight effects within this project.
Dubai Here was one of the installations – here I constructed an interface for visitors to see information about different components of future Dubai. The visitors could pan across the city with a physical controller, and when a specific area gained focus, its outlines lit up and relevant information was displayed.
